Essay Two
This essay was a bit more difficult for me to write. I had writers block for the longest time, but once I got the idea in my head I was right on track to where I needed to be. I couldn't figure out what exactly to write about and I ended up having to change my topic. Plus I had other things on my mind to worry about at the same. Work was a hassle. Which put me behind in everything. The least to say is that this essay was a pain, but it got done and I must say it's pretty darn good.

When I was younger I liked writing, I liked making up stories and writing in my journal. But as I got older I no longer found interest into writing, I moved more towards reading. It got harder as I moved through school, there were so many rules and regulations in writing now. I couldn't just have my know way of writing, so I stopped writing, and I never really looked back. On this paper I was a little shocked to have a little lead way with this, it wasn't set on one topic. Which is much different than high school ever was. I had fun writing my rough draft, I got stuck in a few places, but once I got the hang of it, it just flowed. Page 11 helped me determine who I needed and wanted the audience to be, who I needed to be writing to. Page 37 helped me get my paper in some kind of order. My rough draft is a little bad, but at least I have an idea of where it's going.
I believe tattoos can be a way to express yourself. It just depends on what the meaning of them are. Some people get tattoos just to get them and some have a reason. Each of my tattoos have a meaning. The birds on my right arm mean freedom, freedom from myself. To remind myself that no matter what, no matter how many people in past, present or future, I don't have to have to follow them. I'm finally free. The treble clef on my foot in a symbol for my love of music. I can always rely on my music to keep my mood up. And the ribbon on my left arm is for all of the people I've known that have had cancer, children and adults. (It's not finished for I'm getting birds underneath it and they'll be different colors representing each cancer). So tattoos can be a way to express yourself, for me it is.
